Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant experience at Tulia Hotel and Spa in Arusha. The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with our room change to enjoy a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. However, the dining service was a bit slow and the breakfast options were just okay. Overall, it's a decent place, especially for those trekking Kilimanjaro, but there are improvements needed in dining service.
While the hotel is reasonably priced and served as a decent place to stay before our safari, it falls short in several areas. The rooms need some improvements, and the dining experience was inconsistent. The location isn't ideal for those wanting to explore central spots quickly. However, the staff's politeness and willingness to assist were definite positives during our stay.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. While the staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel is lacking. The rooms are small and in need of redecorating, and I found the dining experience to be disappointing. However, the good quality of breakfast stands out. Overall, it’s a place that could use some improvements, but the service was a bright spot.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it was clean, quiet, and had a lovely pool area, I was disappointed with the dining options and the state of the rooms. The surrounding area felt a bit intimidating, but the helpful staff made up for some of the shortcomings. If you're looking for a comfortable place, it may be worth considering, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
My stay at Tulia was a wonderful experience. The staff were accommodating and able to arrange our family in a triple room effortlessly, and the food was remarkably good and affordable. However, the noise levels near the rooms can be disruptive, especially with the cleaning staff active in the morning. Despite that, it was a great place to launch our safari adventure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
